Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; respond promptly to any issues or emergencies. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to deliver seamless service during peak hours. Skills Proficiency with POS systems including efficient order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions, retail math calculations, and change making.
