Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events including banquets, catering functions, or nightclub nights. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless food and beverage service during busy periods. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele positively. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions. Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is advantageous.
