Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring adherence to all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety protocols Assist in setting up banquet or catering events, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages in various settings including nightclubs or special events Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons without compromising quality or speed Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender or server in a food service environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive approach Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately using retail math skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in banquet settings, catering, or food industry environments is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Basic math proficiency for cash transactions, bill splitting, and sales calculations Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests can enjoy exceptional service!
