Base pay is $15/hr w/ daily tip out Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies such as glassware, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth bar operations Clear and clean tables promptly through bussing to maintain a tidy dining area Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of supplies, stock, and equipment following safe lifting practices. Heavy lifting involves being physically able to lift 150+ lbs for kegs Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables as a dedicated food runner Support food safety standards by proper food handling and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Maintain cleanliness of work stations, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and processing when needed Assist with basic food preparation tasks if required, adhering to food safety guidelines Provide exceptional guest services through friendly in-person interactions and attentive service Experience Prior food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred Experience with food running or serving in banquet or restaurant environments is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely and efficiently Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role This energetic position offers a fantastic chance to grow within the hospitality industry while making every guest's experience memorable.
