Part time, with evenings, weekends & holidays

COMPENSATION

$15 hourly, plus pooled tips

ABOUT THE POSITION

Provide exceptional Food & Beverage service in a quick moving environment. Must be able to handle high-volume bar service for extended periods. All Bartenders will be able and willing to work at various points of sale throughout the venue, including kiosks, main bars, VIP Lounge, etc. Responsible for following all venue operating policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Operate POS system and provide accurate financial transactions. Set up, breakdown, and cleaning service areas pre and post shift. Keep bars well stocked during service as needed. Attend mandatory training. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume, fast paced setting. Prior restaurant, bar, or catering experience encouraged. Basic knowledge of types of beer, wine and liquor, and functional knowledge of mixed cocktails and beverages. Knowledge of basic bar practices and tools. Ability to communicate and work efficiently as part of a large team. Capable of always providing exceptional customer service in a quick moving environment. Knowledge of Square POS helpful, not required.

COMPETENCIES

Must be physically capable of carrying heavy items up and down multiple flights of stairs. Must be capable of following all laws, building codes, ordinances, policies, risk management, and emergency procedures. Ability to maintain composure under stress. Must be at least 18 years of age.
