• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using our Aloha POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the cash register and storage areas.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing duties as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service during banquets and special events.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of retail math and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling and register transactions.
• Maintain a high level of time management, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and that the bar area remains clean and organized.
