Responsibilities Lead the bar team by demonstrating expert mixology skills and ensuring consistent quality in every drink served. Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Create innovative cocktails and beverage menus that excite guests and reflect current trends in the food industry. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering personalized recommendations. Oversee cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and ensure accurate billing. Maintain food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate beverage service seamlessly. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling, and beverage sanitation protocols. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in hospitality environments. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing. A friendly attitude with outstanding customer service skills to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests.
