The Chester Tavern, a proud member of the Hawkeye Hospitality family, is looking for skilled, high-energy Servers and Bartenders to join our team! What We Are Looking For:

Experience Required:

Minimum 1-2 years of high-volume serving or bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Availability:

Nights and weekends are a MUST.

Bartenders:

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft beer, wine, and spirits, along with speed, accuracy, and strong multitasking skills.

Servers:

Passionate about hospitality, menu knowledge, upselling, and delivering a flawless dining experience.

Skills:

POS proficiency (Toast), strong team player, upbeat attitude, and ability to handle rush periods with composure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional food and beverage service. Take orders accurately, input them into the POS system, and manage payments efficiently. Maintain deep knowledge of our food, beer, wine, and cocktail menus to make informed recommendations.
