Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with accuracy and flair. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, recommending drinks, and ensuring an exceptional experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times. Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Manage cash, credit card, and point-of-sale transactions with precision. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service, especially during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

Prior bartending experience is required. Strong knowledge of mixology, classic and modern cocktails, and drink trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be highly motivated, professional, and reliable. Flexible availability, including weekends and willingness to work long hours. Must meet the legal age requirements to serve alcohol in Massachusetts.
