Job Description Summary Adhere to hotel specifications and standards in function room set-up and cleanliness, assist Bartender with restock and clean up Job Description Understand guest needs and set up requirements Ability to prioritize, organize and follow through Ability to follow directions Ability to focus attention to detail Ability to adhere to timeliness in completion of set-ups Ability to adapt to priority changes of work flow or requirements Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision Ability to work cohesively with other departments and coworkers as a part of a team Complete knowledge of: daily scheduled group functions, times, locations, amount of people; location of all hotel function space and room names; all styles of meeting and banquet room settings; correct maintenance and use of equipment; all departmental/hotel policies and procedures; all safety guidelines Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements Review assignment sheets with supervisor; update completed assignments Check with Supervisor throughout shift for additional assignments Organize work duties priorities Retrieve clean linen and skirting from laundry and stock in storage areas Stock and organize supply carts with designated materials and equipment. Transport to assigned function area Inspect set rooms for cleanliness and agreement to group requirements; rectify any deficiencies Inspect cleanliness and working conditions of all equipment and supplies to be set up in the function area; rectify any deficiencies Additional Job Information/Anticipated Pay Range $22 to $24 Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience.
