Requirements:

• Previous high-volume bartending experience in a cocktail-heavy bar or restaurant
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Treat co-workers with respect and be open to new ideas
• Comprehensive understanding of guests needs
• Flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for fresh ingredients and a scratch kitchen
• A drive to both learn and teach everyday
