Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments accurately. Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Stay informed about current drink trends, ingredients, and techniques in mixology. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and promote a safe environment for guests. Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, preferably as a bartender or in a similar setting. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with wine varieties and proper serving practices. Experience working with POS systems for order processing and transactions. Restaurant experience is highly desirable to understand the fast-paced nature of the industry.
