Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage Toast POS (Point of Sale) system for accurate order processing and cash handling Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand our drink menu Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest age and monitoring consumption to promote safety Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and brewing processes Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for accurate transactions and measurements Previous bar management or banquet experience is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional beverage experiences!
