We have meticulously designed over 10,000 square feet of bar and indoor park space to create a fun, clean, and safe environment where dogs and humans alike are welcome. Guests can take advantage of our multiple on- and off-leash areas (both in and outdoors). Our 5,000 square foot indoor park, featuring two full-service bars, is climate-controlled for year-round enjoyment . Reporting to the Venue Manager, Park-9 Bartenders deliver friendly and efficient service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all customer needs and preferences. They will make recommendations and serve drinks while engaging with customers to make all feel welcome and relaxed, including our canine guests. We require a positive attitude, outgoing personality, dedication to providing an unparalleled experience for our clientele, and, of course, a love of dogs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greet customers and introduce them to menu options and items. Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Take orders from guests as required. Assesses bar guests' needs and preferences and makes recommendations. Check guests' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Maintain and clean the bar area and bar equipment. Process customer payments as necessary, maintaining thorough records. Prevent overserving according to the law. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be 21 years of age. Minimum of 1-2 years bartending and industry experience required. Outstanding customer service skills required. High school degree preferred. Good communication skills. Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine and classic cocktails. Ability to handle money and conduct transactions swiftly and accurately. Willingness to be a team player. Physical Abilities Ability to stand for a long time (8 to 10 hours) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
