About Us Captain Kidd is a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant and bar committed to great hospitality, strong teamwork, and efficient service. We are looking for a dependable Night Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating a welcoming late-night atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately Provide friendly, professional service to bar guests and dining room patrons Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency Process payments and manage tabs accurately through POS system Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and safety standards Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and nightly closing procedures Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus) Strong multitasking and time-management skills Ability to stay calm and professional during busy service periods Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and basic bar operations Reliable attendance and punctuality required Must be at least 21 years old What We Offer Consistent night schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the restaurant Schedule Requirements Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays required Typical shifts run from approximately 5:30 to close
