Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our Evviva Family! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience, whether they are enjoying a casual meal, celebrating a special occasion, or unwinding at the bar. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and bar surfaces in compliance with food safety standards Engage with guests to promote menu items, upsell specials, and enhance overall customer satisfaction Follow all food handling procedures, alcohol service regulations, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Qualifications Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant is highly desirable Familiarity with Toast POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar guests efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling.
