Hourly + tips Position Overview Antimony Brewing is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable Bartender to join our team in the heart of the Berkshires. We are a craft-focused brewery and taproom dedicated to quality, community, and approachable hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about craft beer, enjoys engaging with guests, and thrives in a lively, social environment—especially during peak tourism seasons in Lenox. Key Responsibilities Serve Antimony Brewing beers with accuracy, consistency, and enthusiasm Guide guests through our tap list, offering recommendations based on flavor profiles and preferences Pour, garnish, and serve beer and limited cocktail/wine offerings Provide exceptional, friendly service that reflects our community-driven brand Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and taproom space Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with Massachusetts law Restock bar, taps, glassware, and retail items as needed Assist with opening/closing duties and general taproom upkeep Support brewery events, live music nights, and seasonal programming Qualifications Previous bartending or taproom experience preferred Strong interest in craft beer (knowledge of styles, brewing basics, or willingness to learn) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment Must be 21+ years old TIPS certification Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and peak Berkshire seasons Preferred Experience Experience in a brewery, taproom, or beer-focused bar Familiarity craft beer styles (IPAs, lagers, sours, etc.) Comfortable speaking about beer in an approachable, non-intimidating way Event or live-service experience Work Environment High-energy, community-oriented taproom Seasonal volume spikes (summer tourism, fall foliage, weekends) Team-focused atmosphere with strong local following What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + strong tip potential Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow within a craft brewery environment Staff discounts on beer and merchandise Involvement in a creative, community-driven brand How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief note about your experience and interest in craft beer.
