Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender dedicated to delivering an elevated beverage experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails, and a flair for creating memorable guest interactions. This role requires creativity, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails with precision and consistency. Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere. Demonstrate expert knowledge of the beverage menu, including wine, beer, spirits, and specialty cocktails. Craft signature drinks and contribute to seasonal menu development. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed. Handle cash, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions. Engage with guests to provide recommendations and create memorable experiences. Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wines, and craft cocktails. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on hospitality. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
