Experienced Bartender

Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer engagement, and efficient service will be essential to elevating our venue's reputation. We're looking for a lively, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and is eager to showcase their bartending skills. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests warmly, taking drink and dinner orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Utilize Toast POS to process orders efficiently while handling cash and card transactions accurately. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal regulations and company policies to promote a safe environment. Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to prevent shortages. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a bartender in fast paced, full service restaurants Demonstrated proficiency with Toast POS Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently - this is a very busy bar and also an extenstion of our dining room! Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and resolve issues proactively and promptly. Knowledge of classic cocktail receipes as well as our specialty house cocktails and alcohol regulations to serve responsibly.
