Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly while maintaining high service standards. Monitor guest behavior responsibly to ensure safety and compliance with policies.

Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper alcohol serving procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using effective time management strategies. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging customers confidently. An understanding of responsible alcohol service laws and customer safety protocols.
