We are looking for an enthusiastic, beer loving, cocktail making, team player to join the PFT team! Compensation includes hourly wage and tips. Responsibilities Set up and breakdown of bar Anticipate guest and shift needs Interact with customers, take orders, serve food and drinks Chat with guests to help make recommendations Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender in a high volume, full service setting Excellent knowledge of craft beers and spirits Team Player Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Ability to move and change kegs
