About us St. Stanislaus Polish Lyceum is a small business in Three Rivers, MA. We are customer-centric, social, and a rewarding local bar and club. Our goal is to be the best small-town bar that is well known in the community with a great history and drink options. Our locally thriving and historic bar is looking for a Bartender to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about drinks, has knowledge of common drink options, and can suggest additional beverages to meet customer's needs. The Bartender should feel at home behind a bar and have the ability to multitask while creating drinks, making recommendations and interacting with customers. This is an ideal opportunity for bartenders who have some experience but are able to train to learn more!

Pay:

$11.00 per hour plus tips

Hours:

Weekdays are evening shifts. Weekends are one day shift and one evening shift. •Pick up shifts as able.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers. Prepare specialty drinks as requested by customers. Clean and maintain bar and equipment. Prepare or sell basic food options. Cash transactions and management. Qualifications Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude Flexibility to cover shifts as needed Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment Tips or ServSafe Alcohol Certification Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with patrons Familiarity with POS systems, including TOAST Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Excellent time management and sales skills Experience in fine dining and banquet service preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Physical Requirements Lifting and carrying full cases of beer up to 30 lbs up and down stairs. Moving full kegs of beer up to 160 lbs 3-5 feet to be tapped. Standing for extended periods of time.
