Our goal is to create a place where guests can have a great dinner, a great cocktail, and feel taken care of from the moment they walk in. We are looking for a bartender who understands that great bartending is not just about making drinks — it's about taking care of people, working as part of a team, and helping create the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. What We're Looking For Bartending experience in a busy restaurant or cocktail bar Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to execute recipes consistently Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven personality Ability to talk to guests about cocktails, spirits, wine, and menu items Organized, clean, and calm under pressure Someone who takes pride in their work and their bar Responsibilities Prepare house and classic cocktails with consistency and attention to detail Provide great service to guests at the bar and support the dining room when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Assist with batching, prep, garnishes, and opening/closing duties Work closely with servers and managers to ensure smooth service Help maintain a positive, professional team environment Ideal Background 3+ years bartending in a restaurant or high-volume bar Experience with craft cocktails and classic recipes Wine and spirits knowledge is a plus Weekend availability is required About Us Brodie's is a modern chef-driven neighborhood restaurant, and Palm & Crane is our upstairs cocktail lounge.
