This role is all about supporting the front-of-house operations to ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Whether it's delivering food, clearing tables, or assisting behind the bar, you'll be a key player in maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential. Responsibilities Deliver hot and cold food orders promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours. Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and supporting bar operations as needed. Support the kitchen team with basic food handling, preparation assistance, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Help maintain cleanliness in dining areas, bar stations, and back-of-house spaces to uphold health standards. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs for an outstanding experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, and bar support enhances your effectiveness in this role. Knowledge of food handling safety practices and basic culinary skills is a plus. Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros will help you adapt quickly to our service technology. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests. Exposure to banquet or hotel service environments can be advantageous but is not required. A positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic setting will help you succeed as part of our hospitality team.
