MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and accountability Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations Assist with catering, banquet service or events as needed to support team efforts Upsell menu items to enhance sales while providing expert recommendations based on guest preferences Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Manage time effectively during busy shifts to deliver prompt service without sacrificing quality Qualifications 3 years of Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as POS Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with catering, banquet service, or brewing environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry Join us and become part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests!
