We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented Barback to join our team. This part-time position (approximately 28 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in maintaining a seamless workflow. You will be the essential support for our bartenders, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and meets our high standards of service.
Responsibilities Bar Operations Support:
Ensure the bar is fully stocked with spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice throughout the shift.
Prep & Craftsmanship:
Prepare house-made syrups and other bar ingredients according to our established recipes and quality standards. Inventory Management (FIFO): Follow "First In, First Out" procedures to ensure proper inventory rotation and product freshness.
Organization & Upkeep:
Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, assisting with receiving, stocking, and meticulously organizing inventory and supplies.
Expediting Support:
Perform expo duties as needed, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of drinks and bar-related items.
Sanitation & Standards:
Promptly remove empty glassware and keep service areas presentable while strictly adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements Efficiency & Energy:
The ability to work quickly and effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Team-First Mindset:
A collaborative attitude with a genuine willingness to support others and improve overall service.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong organizational skills, particularly regarding inventory management and recipe preparation.
Flexibility:
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the business.
Experience:
