Bartender

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote ongoing sales. Manage POS systems such as to process orders swiftly and accurately, handling cash and card transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, responding promptly to any issues or emergencies. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, spirits, and mixers to ensure seamless service throughout shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and managing alcohol consumption responsibly. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, food handling protocols, and customer service standards when needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments; previous retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in diverse settings. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling, billing, and inventory management. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly Tip Certified or willing to obtain certification Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event days as needed.

Pay:

$6.00 - $18.00 per hour
