AFC is a fully integrated brewery, winery, and distillery set on a working farm in Topsfield—with a farm-to-glass cocktail program designed to stand alongside the best in the region.

We're looking for a Lead Bartender to help shape, execute, and elevate that program from the ground up.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

• Lead service behind our cocktail bar in the distillery/winery.
• Execute a farm-to-glass, seasonal cocktail program with precision and consistency
• Work with house-made ingredients, infusions, fresh juices, and scratch preparations
• Help refine systems, standards, and training for the bar team
• Be a key voice in menu development and creative direction as we grow
• Deliver hospitality that feels personal, not scripted
