Candidates should have at least a year of professional experience and a passion for creating world-class beverage and dining experiences. This position requires an outgoing personality, an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. In addition, we're interested in hiring individuals who have the ability to adapt and learn quickly and who are comfortable with many different aspects of this position, including but not limited to pouring drinks, operating cash registers and assisting customers when necessary. Stazione di Federal is an authentic Italian restaurant and function facility featuring a scratch kitchen utilizing the freshest local ingredients. The restaurant is located in a stand alone 3 story brick building with private dining on the lower and top floors and a roof deck overlooking the Charles River.

Responsibilities:

Mix drinks for customers. Prepare nonalcoholic beverages for customers. Exchange money for drinks and food with customers. Handle cash and make change. Maintain a clean bar and restaurant. Take food orders
