Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent time management to serve all patrons promptly. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food and beverages, adhering to food safety protocols. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights at nightclubs or large events like banquets. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightlife venues, or catering environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with food handling and food safety regulations is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing. Experience working in the food industry, hospitality, or retail environments; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as weddings or large parties.
