Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. Your expertise in beverage preparation, food service, and customer engagement will drive the lively atmosphere we pride ourselves on. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, processing cash and card transactions efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing drink menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with bar management duties to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Experience Proven experience as a bartender/server in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings with a strong background in mixology and beverage creation. Knowledge of wine types, spirits, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and brewing processes. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality service standards. Previous restaurant or food service experience with a focus on customer satisfaction in hospitality or retail environments.
