Job Description

Warehouse Cinemas is dedicated to creating moments worth remembering for our guests. Independently owned and operated, we offer first-run films, luxury recliners, and exceptional picture and sound in every auditorium. The spacious Tap Room includes a full bar with 40+ taps of self-serve craft beer, a quick-serve concession stand with classic and new food favorites, and plenty of hang-out areas for making memories with friends pre- and post-movie. Our Bartenders serve guests with an excellent guest experience at our bar and self-serve tap wall. Top candidates will be able to create classic and innovative cocktails, display knowledge of craft beer, wine, and liquor, and provide a positive guest experience during regular operations and special events. Duties Include:
Greet and thank guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages Assess guest needs and preferences, and make recommendations using suggestive-selling best practices Properly check IDs to verify age before serving alcohol Monitor and manage guest intoxication and refuse service, when necessary, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws Document and report alcohol-related incidents, spills, or guest disturbances according to company policy Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and presentation standards Demonstrate thorough knowledge of bar recipes, current beers on tap, and all menus Utilize the POS system to enter orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods honestly and accurately Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization at the bar throughout the shift Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools in a safe and proper manner Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and service items; communicate low stock to management Complete tasks thoroughly in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and management direction Execute opening and closing checklists with accuracy and timeliness Respond to emergency situations in accordance with company safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs and management direction
Requirements:
Able to work onsite at assigned cinema At least 18 years of age required Open availability strongly preferred with ability to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts as required Able to speak English fluently. Ability to speak in Spanish fluently, or converse in American Sign Language (ASL) a plus. Working knowledge of basic math and computer skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods and/or in repetition throughout shift, and lift to 50 lbs. Able to ascend and descend using a ladder Able to remain in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods Able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, often in a repetitive manner throughout shift Sound like a great fit?
