Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including billing and change dispersal Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including nights and weekends Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for events like banquets or private functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order entry and payment processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills or tips accurately Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
