• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our bar service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

As a key leader behind the bar, you will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, lively environment. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer engagement, and team coordination will drive the success of our bar program. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Manage bar operations efficiently by utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through proper food safety and food handling procedures Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies Train new team members on beverage recipes, POS systems, customer service techniques, and responsible serving practices Maintain a lively atmosphere by engaging with customers, promoting specials, and upselling to enhance sales while fostering a fun environment Experience Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a bar or restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Experience in nightclub or banquet settings is highly desirable to handle diverse crowd dynamics Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate order calculations Join us as a Lead Bartender where your passion for mixology meets your leadership talent!
