Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing procedures with precision Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or nightclub events to meet specific service requirements Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cashiering or cash handling experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math for billing, tips, and inventory management accurately Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing drinks, and serving alcohol responsibly Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are advantageous Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
