Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, assist with cocktail and bar selection and sourcing, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Your leadership will create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that delights guests and drives sales. Duties Supervise and coordinate to ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards Oversee the preparation and serving of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink Enforce food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff Handle cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during shifts Train team members on customer service excellence, serving techniques, and responsible alcohol service Maintain a lively atmosphere in nightclubs or banquet settings by managing crowd flow and ensuring compliance with licensing laws Implement effective time management strategies to balance multiple responsibilities during busy hours Support catering events by coordinating beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, reinforce standards, and motivate team members Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as ToastPOS; strong cash handling skills Extensive restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub environments Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Strong leadership abilities to manage a diverse team effectively in high-energy settings Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments Familiarity with retail math, hospitality operations, brewing processes, catering logistics, and banquet experience is a plus Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and interact confidently with guests Basic math skills for sales tracking, cash reconciliation, and inventory management Join us as a Bartender Manager where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
