Il Forno Vanish in Boonsboro, Maryland, is hiring experienced bartenders to join our team. Our pizzeria and brewery brings together pizza, Italian favorites, and a welcoming bar atmosphere. We're looking for someone who provides personable service, works efficiently during busy shifts, and takes pride in keeping a clean, organized bar. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and consistently. Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide attentive bar service. Learn our food and drink menus and make recommendations. Manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and accuracy. Process payments and handle cash responsibly. Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready for service. Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities. Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company procedures. Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar preferred. Working knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails. Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude. Ability to stay organized and composed during busy service.
