Responsibilities age 21 & older To greet customers creating a welcoming atmosphere Proficient at mixing cocktails with speed and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment as well as composure during busy hours Memorize ingredients to various drinks Stock and restock line items as needed on and off peak hours Proficient with POS system and LBW knowledge Suggest LBW pairings for menu items Working with Bar Manager and General manager on product development Adhere to proper Cash Handling Procedures Requirements Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet Must wear non-slip footwear Maintain your uniform as well as other employees Be able to communicate effectively in
