• Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal The Bar by Creatively Cultivated Events is seeking charismatic, professional, and stylish Bartenders to join our growing event team throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

We specialize in elevated mobile bar experiences for luxury celebrations, corporate events, weddings, private parties, and curated social experiences. Our bartenders are more than just drink makers — they help create the energy, vibe, and guest experience that clients remember. This is a part-time, event-based position with flexible scheduling based on upcoming bookings. Most events take place evenings and weekends.

What You'll Be Part Of:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine professionally and efficiently Provide friendly, polished, and engaging guest service Assist with mobile bar setup and breakdown Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory during events Follow alcohol service safety standards and venue guidelines Support overall event flow and guest experience

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has bartending, hospitality, or restaurant experience Has a professional appearance and positive energy Thrives in fast-paced social environments Is dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Has reliable transportation Is available evenings and weekends Can lift 30-50 lbs and assist with setup when needed

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with craft cocktails or mixology Have event or wedding bartending experience Enjoy creating content/social media moments Have a creative personality and luxury hospitality mindset Are TIPS certified or willing to become certified

Compensation:

Starting at $20-25/hour based on experience Tips opportunities available for select events 4-hour minimum per event shift Opportunities for lead bartender and event leadership roles
