Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced bartender who is enthusiastic about craft beer, delivers excellent customer service, has previous experience with mixology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and knowledgeable about beer styles, brewing processes, and bar operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests Serve beer and other beverages in accordance with company standards and local laws Educate customers on beer styles, flavors, and brewery offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and taproom Handle cash and process payments accurately Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service Assist with opening and closing duties Support brewery events and promotions as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience (brewery or craft beer experience preferred) Strong knowledge of craft beer styles and terminology Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must meet legal age requirements and hold any required certifications (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
