Bartender/Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry preferred
• Knowledge of various brewing methods and drink recipes
• Strong math skills, including the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
