Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following all safety and quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide correct change using retail math skills. Assist with setting up for events such as banquets or nightclub nights, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours while managing time effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events such as catering functions. Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred; experience in brewing or retail math is a plus.
