Job Description

Bartender Bartender — PupatellaPupatella brings authentic Neapolitan pizza — the same way it's been made in Naples for generations — to neighborhoods across the DC area. We're VPN-certified, import our San Marzano tomatoes, and hand-tear our mozzarella fresh every day. No shortcuts, just real Italian tradition served with modern, easygoing hospitality.

We're looking for a Bartender who loves great food and drinks, genuinely enjoys people, and knows how to create a welcoming bar experience — whether a guest is stopping in for a quick Aperol Spritz or settling in for pizza and a bottle of wine.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver warm, attentive hospitality and create an inviting experience at the bar
  • Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages accurately, consistently, and efficiently
  • Guide guests through our beverage and food menus with knowledgeable, enthusiastic recommendations
  • Provide timely beverage service for both bar guests and the dining room
  • Coordinate smoothly with servers, hosts, and the kitchen to keep service moving
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout your shift
