Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed Handle cash processing and register operations with accuracy while balancing cash drawers at shift end Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits industry trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining high-quality service standards Previous food service experience with a focus on customer engagement and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience working in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or banquet events is highly desirable Join us to bring your bartending skills to life in an energetic setting where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
