Bartender

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused high-end craft cocktail Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about beverages, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing high-quality drinks, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Check identification to ensure compliance with alcohol laws and regulations Handle cash, tabs, and process payments accurately Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred (but not required) Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 30 lbs Work in a high-energy, busy environment
