Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable guest experiences. As a key leader behind the bar, you will oversee daily operations, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Your expertise in beverage preparation, sales, and team management will drive the success of our bar program while fostering a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and hospitality industry knowledge in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Must have a current Montgomery Alcohol certificate Duties Lead and mentor the bartending team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards. Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, and craft beer offerings, to keep menus fresh and exciting. Manage bar operations efficiently using POS system Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol regulations, and sanitation standards across all bar activities. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests, taking orders promptly, and creating a lively atmosphere. Collaborate with kitchen staff on food and beverage pairing suggestions and coordinate catering or banquet services when needed. Experience Proven experience as a bartender with extensive cocktail mixing skills and beverage recipe development. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of
SPOT-ON POS
systems Demonstrated expertise in full dining service standards, wine knowledge and spirits experience Background in food handling, food safety protocols, and retail math for inventory control. Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities during busy shifts. Hospitality industry experience with a focus on customer service excellence in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or banquet settings.
