Hook & Reel is looking for experienced Bartenders to join our Gaithersburg, MD team!

Requirements:
Must have 2+ years bartending experience Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What to expect:
Mixing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, according to customer preferences and standard recipes. Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including regular cleaning of surfaces, glassware, and equipment, as well as restocking inventory as needed.
