Do you love creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Judy's Island Grill II in Glen Burnie is looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our growing team! About Us At Judy's Island Grill II, we bring the flavors and warmth of the islands to our guests through authentic cuisine, handcrafted drinks, and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for team members who share our passion for great food and great service. What You'll Do Prepare and serve beverages and meals with accuracy and efficiency. Deliver friendly, attentive service to every guest. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area. Process payments and follow cash handling procedures. Assist with stocking, inventory, and daily operations. What We're Looking For 3+ years of bartending and/or serving experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Maryland Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to obtain one. Why Join Us?
