Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly as a HOST/HOSTESS, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills Prepare and serve drinks as a BARTENDER, creating classic cocktails and specialty beverages while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards Deliver food orders swiftly and accurately as a FOODRUNNER, ensuring dishes meet quality standards before reaching guests' tables Assist servers during busy periods by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting food service operations to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring cleanliness in all service areas Upsell menu items and promote specials using OpenTable or other sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles such as server, bartender, host/hostess, or foodrunner is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn about food presentation and handling is appreciated Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills across multiple roles, and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a lively setting!
