Duties Prepare and serve a variety of classic and innovative cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets high-quality standards. Recommend wine pairings and craft beer options to enhance guests' dining experience, utilizing your wine knowledge and brewing experience. Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Toast POS, including processing cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, handling food and beverages responsibly. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to keep our menu fresh and exciting for returning guests. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally, anticipating their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Oversee bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure the availability of spirits, wines, beers, and bar supplies. Requirements Proven experience in fine dining environments or upscale hospitality settings with a strong background in bartending or mixology. Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, wine varieties, and beverage presentation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining quality standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
