Bartender/Mixologist

Tapia's On Main Restaurant & Bar is seeking experienced bartenders who are passionate about craft, detail, and delivering a refined guest experience. This role goes beyond the bar, we're looking for individuals who understand that great service is built through teamwork, consistency, and intention.

Position Type:

Full-Time & Part-Time Responsibilities:

Execute craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation Provide elevated, guest-focused service at the bar and throughout the dining room Manage bar guests, tables, and service tickets with efficiency and composure Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepped bar at all times Support the flow of service by working collaboratively with the entire team

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality A team-first mindset Professional, polished presence and clear communication Reliability, accountability, and attention to detail

Expectations:

Deliver consistent, elevated hospitality with every guest interaction Follow recipes, standards, and systems with precision Maintain urgency while preserving quality and presentation Contribute to a positive, solutions-driven team environment

Nights, weekends, and holidays required

Pay:

$15.00 - $50.00 per hour
